Clair provides accredited and effective coaching services to individuals, couples, groups and teams.

Her services combine two decades of coach-client experience informed by coaching certification with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) together with skillful application of many leadership assessment tools, combined with somatic training techniques.

The ICF is the only globally recognised, independent credentialing program for coach practitioners. ICF credentials are awarded to professional coaches who have met stringent education and experience requirements and who have demonstrated a thorough understanding of the coaching competencies that set the standard in the profession. Training with ICF signifies a coach’s commitment to integrity, understanding and mastery of coaching skills, and dedication to clients. 

Clair works with her clients both face-to-face and in online sessions.

Conflict Competency
Conflict Happens. At work and at home.

Conflict coaching will help you understand the mechanics of conflict, identify your conflict style, unpack an existing conflict or dispute, come to grips with what you bring to the situation, gain insights, strategies and mechanisms to direct the conflict in a productive manner. 

This will have immediate benefit, efficacy and reduce stress to assist breaking and changes patterns of conflict behaviour.

- Individuals: 1 x 2-hour coaching sessions for an individual online 
- Pairs: Navigating and Managing conflict and change for 2 participants with 2 x 90 mins of individual coaching, 2 hours partnered conflict coaching, plus a written report of recommendations for next steps/agreements

Change Happens.

Four-week goal setting and change package intensive for individuals planning  life change. This offering is designed to help you navigate planned or unexpected changes with strength and clarity.

4 hours over 4 weeks (online), personalised processes and assessment frameworks to help you define the future you are moving towards. Includes workbook and curated learning library.


Team Esteem

Navigating conflict and managing change for teams and groups.

Facilitation and training for small groups and teams; includes customised presentation, case studies, role play, activating healthy teamwork through the application of advanced teams and systems frameworks. 

Real time digital team evaluation/reporting can be incorporated into this offering.

4-hour-workshop in person; includes a sponsor feedback and follow up session.


Not All In The Mind 
There are times when we need to acknowledge and consult with the body, to resolve patterns of stress and unhelpful thoughts and behaviours. In these sessions we engage with the wisdom of the body and our own breath to change and to heal.

What is included: In person or online support for those who seek a wholistic approach. A unique combination of coaching, somatic therapy, EFT (tapping) and counselling to bring out the best from your body, mind and spirit.

  • CINERGY Conflict Coaching
    Interpersonal conflict is an inevitable as well as a normal part of our personal and professional lives. CINERGY® Coaching aims to build conflict intelligence and help make conflict an opportunity for strengthening relationships so that interpersonal discord does not erode the purpose and vision of all concerned.

    Based on extensive experiential research and study, the one-on-one model provides a future-oriented, results-oriented, and goal-oriented approach that combines executive coaching, neuroscience and conflict management principles. It’s designed in such a way that it not only helps to reduce the confusion that clients often experience when in conflict. It also helps them gain increased confidence and competence to engage more effectively at these times.

    This specialised coaching framework may be used before conflict arises (when it is anticipated), while going through a dispute, or after a conflict when resilience may be low and residual negativity lingers.

  • Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument® (HBDI)

    The HBDI® is a powerful psychometric assessment that defines and describes the degree to which we think in the four quadrants of the Whole Brain® Model. The data helps us adapt our thinking preferences to communicate effectively, improve decision making and problem solving.

    After completing the HBDI® survey, the person receives a comprehensive HBDI® Profile report that includes in-depth interpretation of the results, reference material about the Whole Brain® Model, comparison data, and activities for further exploration and development.

    It provides the basis for Whole Brain® Thinking and all of our learning programs based on the Whole Brain® Model.
